🌍⚖️🗣️ The 40+Country Polyglot Lawyer Rewriting DEIB Rules
My journey — from corporate boardrooms to backpacking solo across South America — revealed a universal truth: bias thrives where perspectives are missing.
Bringing the "B" in Belonging
Hello, I am Muhammad Badar Yasin.
I was born in Multan, one of the oldest cities in Asia. After moving to Canada, I worked across myriad industries — from retail to Big Law — while earning degrees from McGill, Queen’s, and France’s UJM Lyon. I’m licensed in New York and Toronto, with over a decade of experience advising global companies, teaching law at the university level, and — most importantly — documenting how inequity survives even in so-called progressive systems.
This isn’t another surface-level training.
What I offer is a data-backed method grounded in:
📊 Legal fluency
Across Canadian and international systems
🌍 Lived expertise
As a multilingual immigrant navigating systemic barriers from the inside
🎯 Corporate-tested strategy
What actually drives global institutions—not just what sounds good in theory

🌐 Global Fluency

Ready to Move Beyond Performative DEI?
Let’s build equity into your systems — from compliance to culture.

🎨 Inclusion isn't taught in boardrooms - it's learned from those who rebuilt their world in full colour.
Colour divides. Inclusion rebuilds. What are you learning from those who've lived the lesson?

🔭 DEIB isn't about leveling the field- it's about ensuring everyone can cross it.
Camping at 12,000ft on the salt flats of Bolivia gives you a novel perspective on the mirages of corporate silos

🤝 Nature & Nurture
Just like feeding a monkey in the Amazon the right way requires respect for its nature, an inclusive workplace requires intentional action.
